"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu. Myself and our other party member had to have buffet with fajitas are okay but wasn’t what we were looking for as food option’s especially as we was celebrating a birthday. I think they could do with a disclaimer at time of booking that if you are half board dinner could be Buffett or a set menu but you won’t know till your there. ."

"Amazing hotel, cleanliness is paramount. Room exceptional apart from a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom. Lovely food, breakfast was perfect. Thank you to the lovely restraunt staff, Tracey you are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfect location for, NEC, Resorts World, BP Pulse live, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International train station. We booked when it was a Ibis hotel. It has now been taken over Marriott Hotels. Hopefully Marriott will keep the price good."

"Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Couldn’t hear any noise from road or aircraft. Beds were comfy and lovely fresh towels. Bar was well stocked and reasonable priced. Didn’t have food but it did look delicious. Really convenient for BP Pulse Arena, only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good, they ran out of cups/mugs for the hot drinks so we had to use disposable cups. Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms."
