“This trip has been fantastic. The location was good and the neighbourhood very calm. The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. I found them a bit cold. This price is worthy ”

“Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. ”

“The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge. ”

“Bonjour, réservation dans l'urgence de cet appartement où je ne remettrai plus les pieds. Premier point : il a fallu se "bagarrer" avec un pseudo propriétaire pour avoir la clé du portail pour rentrer mon véhicule. Second point : Pluie importante le lendemain de mon arrivée et pendant trois fois lors du séjour, je constate une fuite avec l'eau de pluie qui arrive dans la chambre. Je le signale, et le propriétaire promet de faire intervenir un couvreur sur le champ. Le couvreur n'est jamais...

“In my over 20 years working booking via Expedia, I have never seen anything like I experienced with White Stone last night. They did not have my booking and were not expecting me. Long and short, I roamed outside for several hours into midnight and beyond, until I found a place. Lots of calls on international roaming, with taxi prices going up at midnight. Even Expedia could not help with a replacement Expedia, please refund my money writ to points used, thank you Whitestone must be deleted...

Internet was down, I rebooted device (which was outdoors, but an indoor device) Internet was extremely unreliable even then. 4. no mention of breakfast We left the apartment and moved to a hotel, in spite of harsh cancellation terms.”
