“The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again”

“This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.”

“Clean room. Easy access to city center.”

“I was relocated to a different hotel due to maintenance work. Although the room I originally booked was a studio with kitchen facilities, the alternative accommodation provided was just a standard room. The hotel took no action to address this discrepancy. I requested an alternative, but they only offered a basic apartment without kitchen facilities. While I understand the need to relocate due to unavoidable circumstances, the hotel failed to make any effort to provide a room of the same...

“A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.”

“Thank you”

“clean and central”

“Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.”

“Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. ”

“The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. ”

“Front desk always open to fix issues”

“ My stay here exceeded very expection from moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, secure, and professionally managed. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and designed for true comfort. I slept perfectly and woke up refreshed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the welcoming environment. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to experience comfort and peace. I will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and...

“The staff are very friendly and the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.”

“I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. The apartments are very spacious and more suited to business clientele or peolle staying for several days or weeks. They have a kitchen, large...

“The place is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is only one air conditioner in the main bedroom, and there isn't one in the living room. However, there is a portable fan, so it never felt too hot. The staff are a bit unfriendly, but that's something I could overlook. The biggest downside is the Wi-Fi. It disconnects so frequently that it's almost unusable. This is definitely something that needs to be improved.”
