The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. It was clean, but the floor molding had been removed, which made the room look really old; No shampoo/conditioner was provided and no hair dryer. Front staff, when present, was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was on top of things. Pool was nice and a good temperature, but they allowed children's swimming lessons there 2-3 days while we were there, so that put a damper on the experience. If you like to walk many tourist facilities like the Trafalgar Falls and Wotten Waven are at relative short distance (30-40 minutes walk). Berkey is a very kind person willing to assist you at all times. So the place is higly recommended ”
