“We have come to this resort for 11 or 12 years. The prices have more than doubled and quality has gone down. Our Condo was old and outdated. Needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom door in master bedroom was a bifold closet door. No privacy and no lock. Dishwasher not secured to counter and counter broke. Bathroom faucet chipped. Had to have maintenance come out to get Internet and TV working. Won't be back unless it is Verbo ECT.”

“Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot.
The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items.
Pool was very good with lots of seating available.
Ocean was less than a quarter mile and an easy path. Try to get a high floor to see the ocean from your room! Not a great view but makes you...

“Property stank of weed, rooms smelled like cigarettes. Old frayed carpet out dated rooms. No clear directions to the rooms. Food at the resort was terrible and expensive for what you paid for. Will not book ever again. Thanks.”

“The first time we stayed here was 5 years ago and we decided to come back for our 10 year wedding anniversary- what a mistake. First room we got into- the smell was awful, the microwave didn’t work, and our doors didn’t lock. The next one we got placed into- not the cleanest room. There was also the smell of weed on our whole floor and it was terrible. I should have booked somewhere else honestly.”
