To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...

“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset.
