"The location was excellent as well as the breakfast. The rooms need serious updating and repair. We had part of our floor that was metal under the carpet. We arrived late at night and all of us felt terrible walking in and out of the bathroom because we know we had to disturb the guests below us. It made a huge racket no matter how quietly we attempted to walk. This hotel could be positively stunning if they put a little more effort into maintaining it."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Break was hot & fresh. The coffee makers made good coffee, but it was a challenge to get a cup of coffee. It took a while. It would be better to have the volume of coffee ready in the am when people had places to go."
