“a nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...

“The Emeline Hotel is very unique. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was a wonderful surprise. They have a great coffee place inside and a small shopping area - big bar and sitting area outside. There sister hotel is the Ryder - so they give you drink tokens and you can get a free drink and sit near the pool if you wish. They did not charge us for valet parking -- which was super cool something to do with our status but yet The Ryder Hotel DID CHARGE 55.-- for parking plus resort...
“위치가 좋습니다. 주차장으로 나가서 큰길로 나가면 바로 마켓스트릿입니다. 오래된 건물이긴 하지만 레노베이션을 하여서 그리 나쁘지 않습니다. 청소도 잘 되어있고 직원들이 친절합니다. 차밍(?)호텔, 나이트킹호텔 이렇게 3곳이 자매호텔입니다. 호텔은 간판이 작아서 찾기가 어려울수도 있으나 루이비통 매장이 왼편으로 보이면 아주 조금만 더 내려가면 됩니다. 일방통행이니 왼쪽으로 천천히 가시면 됩니다. 호텔 간판이 보이면 그 오른쪽이 나이트킹호텔이고 그 바로 옆골목으로 들어가시면 왼쪽으로 주차장 티켓뽑는 기계가 보입니다. 주차표 뽑고 호텔에 가시면 되는데 하루에 12불을 차지합니다. 로비에서 주는 확인증(마음대로 가져가시면 됩니다)만 있으면 수차례 인앤아웃할 수 있습니다. 전체적으로 본다면 차밍호텔, 풀턴레드인 호텔, 나이트킹 호텔이 붙어있고 그 건물들 바로 뒷편이 이 호텔들이 같이 쓰는 주차장입니다. 주차장에서 나가면 바로 마켓스트릿이고요. 여기서 묵더라도 오후 5-6시까지 나이트킹호텔에서...
“Good - Rooms was large, beds comfy, no noise and AC was ice cold. Not so good - pillows flat and shower doors leaked on floor.
Staff was awesome and breakfast was very good with many choices.
Parking was an inconvenience as it was across the road in a different structure.
KFC and McD next door but everything else a mile away.

“Beautiful spacious room with a balcony . Fully updated but still had an old world charm to it . The bathroom was spotless, bed was super comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome with a complimentary bottle of champagne .
The only thing that needed an upgrade was their tv - it was too small for the room and no Netflix etc available.
The hotel has an excellent location too, walkable to the waterfront and kings street etc”
“This is by far my favorite hotel in Charleston and I stayed a lot of hotels. Staying here is like staying with friends. You feel thought about, taken care of, and it has an apartment feel not a hotel feel. The Jeep driving you around locally is definitely a plus and always pleasant plus the warm cookies at night and the breakfast in the morning… Cannot say enough good things.”
“Although the bed setup is unusual, it functioned just fine. I might have liked a small mini fridge but quite frankly wouldn't know where they would fit it anyway. Bathroom midern, bright and actually decent sized. The rooftop was imaginative and the staff always bright faced and genuinely accomodating.”
