“Great location!! Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff!!”

“The property was beautiful and well maintained., but could benefit from having the connecting pathways better lit, as at night, we had to use flashlights to see our way between the pool hot tub fire pit areas and the restaurants We only found out at check in that there was a resort fee of 45.00 dollars a day. We asked to check out one hour late the last day, a Monday, and were told there would be a 75.00 fee, even though it was practically empty. The property was recently acquired and the front...

“Hotel stay was fine but when I purchased the hotel stay through Expedia I was told the price included all taxes and fees. When I checked out I was charged an additional $45/day in taxs and fees.”

“Staff was very friendly, the location is the best, a good hotel , the housekeeping needs improvement.”

“a nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying. To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all. No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...

“One of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everyone and everything was perfect including the location.”

“Great location right next to the bridge — you’re downtown in 10 mins. New hotel, great value especially for families with kids. It has a nice pool but it was cold (they claim it’s heated but couldn’t tell). Nice rooms and modern hotel. Highly recommend.”

“Awesome beachfront hotel. I could not figure out the shower tho.”

“An excellent hotel, quite clean and well managed. Convenient to historic Charleston and Patriots Point. The price was excellent. We did notice that the floor of the tub was smooth, could be slippery and a potential issue for guests.”

“One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Just be aware of the nightly valet charges and other fees not shown on Expedia.”

“We had the best stay!! Everyone was so amazing, very clean, great location, beautiful views!”
