“Staff was very friendly and helpful! House cleaning was great! Breakfast was ok. Mexican restaurant next door was good. Beds were so comfy! Rooms cleaned and spacious. Swimming pool is great for the kids and the 2 hot tubs were so nice and relaxing! One bad thing was we were on the 4th floor and water pressure was so low, it took about 30 minutes before you got warm water and you had to shower quickly because we would loose the warm water within about 10-15min. “We went to check in, and were told we needed to go to Days Inn, that they were overbooked. When we got to Days Inn we found that they did not accept pets. So back to Americas Best we go. They found a room for us, and the room was good. It was a pain, but we were accommodated and all is well ”
