“there was no breakfast- as stated. People were just ‘hanging out’ outside- not sure if they were guests?? Beds and pillows were clean but all common areas were very worn and smelly.”

We even saw a little robot cleaning the pool, which was pretty cool :) Management told us they already have brand new carpet ready for the hallways and plan to install it right after the Sturgis Rally. You can really tell the new management is putting a lot of effort into improving the property and making the guest experience better.”

“This was a very good stay. Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, nice recliner. Good parking. Clean. Staff was very efficient and helpful with suggestions for good places to eat. Breakfast was disappointing. No protein. We would definitely would stay here again, inspire of breakfast.”

“Really great complimentary breakfast! Something for everyone! Good location too! Easy and quick to get to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park! My only complaint is that housekeeping did not attend my room over the course of my four night stay, and I did not have the do not disturb sign on the door for most of the stay. That being said, i I do recommend this hotel!”
