“It was expensive for the quality. The comforters and towels were stained. Bathrooms not well maintained. The floor had not been swept so there was hair everywhere. The staff was as helpful as they could be considering the circumstances. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone traveling with families.”

Unfortunately, this time the quality had dropped a bit. The room was fairly clean but the sheets and towels had some stains on them, which is a total turnoff for me. “Upon arrival it appeared fine. We were greeted by a gentleman and he tried to assist which was fine but he didn’t know too much about hours of pool. Room was somewhat clean but VERY worn and dated. Kelly definitely is in need of TLC!! No clock in room, LACK OF OUTLETS, dated furniture. There was a phone but no pen/paper. Only 1 table between the two beds, another side table would have been appreciated for the other side of bed. Bathroom is dated, cracks in floor grout was loose and pieces...
