"I had an amazing stay at San Karlu! The location is perfect—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the main bus stop and close to bars, restaurants, and the main square of Veleta. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I especially want to thank Florianne, who was so helpful with recommendations and guidance on using public transport. The hotel itself is spotless and offers great amenities. The swimming pool was a highlight—perfect for cooling off in Malta’s heat—and there’s a bar and food service if you feel like lounging by the pool all day. Breakfast was lovely, and overall, the experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. It offers convenient access to the Three Cities, Sliema, and the Gozo ferry terminals. Key attractions like St. John’s Co-Cathedral, the lively Republic and Merchant Streets, Grand Harbour, Upper Barrakka Gardens, Triton Fountain, and the Valletta bus terminal are all within walking distance. "This hotel really was grand. Its location was within walking distance to Valletta and public transport. Plenty of room to park your hire car if needed. The complex was massive with a beautiful pool and other amenities. The staff were so lovely and very approachable. I would recommend this gorgeous hotel to any one planning a stay in Malta. "
