“We had to ask to change rooms, due to lock not working on front door and sliding glass door wouldn’t open properly and wouldn’t lock. Everything worked properly in the new room. We were unable to use the water sports due to the amount of seaweed on the beach. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop was great and the food was good. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient location and it was nice and quiet.”

“The breakfast service was extremely slow . They were only staff with three servers so it took about 30 minutes before some one recognized us . They did apologize. The hot food was quite cold . The gym needs some tlc , but on the whole the staff was great . I booked a deluxe room and should have received a bottle of wine upon arrival. “Great location. Far enough away to relax and be away from crowds but close enough to everything. Outstanding view and relaxing.”

“My room wasn’t cleaned daily, Monday my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom was wasn’t cleaned at all. I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm”

“What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. Such a beautiful resort.”

“Hi We absolutely loved this hotel and the absolutely fantastic location on the boardwalk. We enjoyed the beach at its sister property, which is accessible by the water taxi in front of the hotel. Our only complaint was the noise from the street late at night in front of our rooms. Try to request a room not facing the street. Other than that, it was a great hotel with a very nice pool area. Staff is friendly and accommodating, too.”

“I believe this property is 3 1/2 stars and I normally stay at 4 and 5 star resorts but this place is just quirky enough to make me curious. I'm glad I was because I was pleasantly surprised. “Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).”

“I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped. We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. “We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when...

Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin.
