“The entire experience was unreal. 10/10 would recommend. The staff are excellent. We went fishing one day and they cooked the catch for us in the restaurant. It was amazing.”

“There is no breakfast included. We were charged for it and only to learn at the resort that they stop including breakfast a long time ago.”

“Upon arriving we were told "if we upgraded our room we needed to call the resort and tell them" that they didnt have us in the room we paid for. She did fix that. Then on the golf cart ride to our room tells us the advertised 24 hour pool is out of order. It was the worst resort we have ever stayed at and this was our honeymoon. Emailed the resort our 2nd day there, no response. Add on no sleep due to construction starting at 6-8a.m daily, begging for washcloths to shower daily, no hygiene...

“The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast...
