“I booked my reservation in August 4, 2026 for April 24th-May 2, 2027. Hotel booked my reservation for April 24th-May 2, 2026. How do book a reservation for months that have already pasted? Do you know they actually charged my credit card. They make no sense and are refusing to refund me.”

“It was a horrible experience. No elevators and many steps to walk up. Smart TV’s but couldn’t watch anything. Furniture is old. A horrible place. I will never stay there again. A total waste of money. I should get my money back.”

“We had our wedding here. Very happy with that process and the staff’s assistance. Every staff member we dealt with was great. Dinner at the resort seemed expensive. Food was ok. Again, staff were great. We stayed in two different rooms. They were large and comfortable. Cleanliness was ‘ok.’ Not great. AC in one room super cold, the other, not so much. The beaches were fantastic. Property overall was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.”

“The room was nice and clean, loved the property, they do use golf carts to pick you up from the room. loved how the beach was so close by. Had an electricity problem in the room which was resolved in about 20 minutes. Was reeled into a timeshare meeting but nothing we haven’t done already and it cane with some perks afterwards so if you have the time on vacation but can easily be skipped by telling them you are not interested”
