“I loved everything about our stay. Our room was beautiful, quiet, private. I thought the entire staff was very friendly. Drinks were good, food was pretty good. I only wish i had stayed longer to enjoy some of the activities the resort offers.”

“Beautiful setting. Very peaceful with views of the ocean all around. Service was excellent; everyone on staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful pool albeit lots of kids so an adult only pool would be great. Dining was limited with restaurant hours hard to stay up with and no dining options after 830pm. Limited options besides salad for vegans and vegetarians. Overall nice place and would definitely recommend. ”

“Sandcastle On the Beach is a beautiful property on one of the loveliest stretches of beach on the island. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant is also excellent. The location is perfect. It's only a mile from Frederiksted, a sweet little town with several good restaurants and a beautiful pier. Many other great beaches and attractions, including the bigger town of Christiansted, are easily accessible by car or taxi. ”

“The guest house was located a few blocks from the main shopping are and historical area. The waterfront is beautiful and there are many dining options!”

“Tamarind Inn is a great place for a family on a budget to stay. It’s no frills but safe and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is an afterthought and not substantial. However, they do offer, for the best price in town, the best breakfast for the money in St. John. All the locals will stop by to eat breakfast here. So if you are a family on a budget, this is the place for you! We had a great time with the Tamarind as our base.”
