“The room itself was nice and adequate. However, the pool was very dirty, common areas in poor condition, WIFI was useless (extremely slow), had dinner plans for 7pm at the restaurant (reservation made by lady at front desk) and later called saying they weren't serving dinner. ”

“Beautiful views of ocean all around the hotel. Stayed in Seacliff Tower - room was lovely, ocean view, comfy bed, rain shower head in bathroom. Recommend taking stairs as elevators can be slow. Employees always available in front of hotel to get you in the appropriate cab for where you want to go. Enjoyed our visit very much. (Note: In St.Thomas it’s common to take shared vans as cabs which charge per person fees.)”

“As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. “We checked in at 6 p.m. and our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 25 min for a room. The air conditioning did not cool properly. We reported it to the front desk, they said that engineering would look at, but it was never fixed. We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room and were told that there was a shortage of hairdryers. “Beautiful, low key resort with alll the amenities you would want. The restaurants were terrific, the beach was beautiful and the stsfff was attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable ”
