“Very disappointing experience at Secrets St. Lucia. The resort facilities feel old and outdated, and the pools were not clean. Service from the staff was average at best, and service at every restaurant was extremely slow. We also found a cockroach in our room, and after calling for help, no one came for over an hour. Overall, this resort does not live up to its beautiful location or the Secrets brand.”

“The one thing that would have made our stay great would have been if the breakfast options included dishes that are more-so traditional for St. Lucia: Salt Fish; Green Fig; Breadfruit; Smoked Herring. They offered bakes everyday but the consistency was off. One day they would be good the next day not so much. Of my 2-week stay there was only Salt Fish twice. The other days they offered stewed canned tuna even though the sign would state “Salt Fish”.”

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
