“We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival.”

“On arriving at Kingsville to check in, having booked through Hotels.com months in advance and my reservation was confirmed, I was told by reception on arrival that they had no reservation for me, total nightmare, the staff couldn't have cared less, I had to find alternative accommodation during one of the most busiest times on the island, I would not recommend Kingsville Apartments under any circumstances.”
