“The room was clean and the breakfast was good but there is room for options. The ocean view from the common areas and balcony is spectacular. Sharon was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond for me to have a good "Vincy" experience.”

“Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but VERY limited. 4 days I was there, options were eggs, French toast, bacon, a vegetable, some toast. Some juice and yogurt. There was more people then quantity of food provided. The staff can improve on providing a list of food options. I didn’t know there was a restaurant across the hotel till last day. Could have grabbed food from there instead of taking a cab to town. ”

“The restaurant and bar were very good. The food service and cleaning service were very good. The hotel overall was well kept and had great views of Kingstown. The front desk unfortunately was not helpful at all. They weren’t helpful in providing information about the island, tours, or church service times. ”

“Close to every thing. The staff went over and above to take care of my husband who arrived not feeling well. They are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great. The lady that served us was polite. The housekeeper attentive to our needs. I would be staying there again. The room was unique, just my kind vintage style ”

“There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing.
