"The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"
