“Bizarrely my bathroom toilet had a bidet in the way of the toilet, so you couldn’t sit straight, also there was a pillar at the end of the bed, so it was very difficult to walk around the twin bed. Rather bizarre design errors. Otherwise not bad”

“This hotel was, architecturally, very pleasing. Our room was bright and spacious with views over the countryside. We chose to have dinner there but we were the only guests doing so and although the food was fine it was reheated rather than freshly cooked.”

“The apartment we stayed in was amazing - Lole and Tere were very accommodating. The food was fantastic, especially the shrimp and the steak. The pick up from the bar on the camino worked perfectly and the drop off was equally easy. The place is beautiful and the staff work really hard. It was a perfect place to stay while walking the camino.”

“Incredible. The welcome at check in was really cold. And they refused to keep my daughter’s diabetes medicine at the fridge. Not really the pelegrinage spirit. And no breakfast offered. Was not a good stay.”

“El cuarto es pequeño. No me gusta que se comparte el baño, pero afortunadamente no había más huéspedes, así que no lo compartimos. Myrian excelente persona! Estábamos haciendo el Camino de Santiago, mi tobillo estaba inflamado y ella muy amable inmediatamente me dio una pala daba con sal para poner mi pie con agua caliente. Esto me tocó el corazón, su compasión y empatía. ”

“Faszinierendes Anwesen, die alten Gebäude (250-350 Jahre!) wurden wunderbar restauriert und bieten einem eine ruhige und praktische Unterkunft. Große Küche zur Nutzung. Weiträumiges Außengelände. Eine herrliche Anlage, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! ”

“Mi reservación no fue lo que pedí y el dueño del hotel fue muy grosero y mentiroso. Acudí a expedía para que solucionara mi problema y el dueño frente a mí no tomaba la llamada del agente de expedía que lo trataba de contactar. Mi habitación era en un ático y no se parecía en nada a lo que fue reservado”

“As a stop on a father son Camiño Ingles, I was concerned about the location as it would require a taxi to go there and back. I didn’t need to worry. The taxi ride from Cafe Avelina was easy and the location was heavenly. The feel of the building, the family-like friendliness of the staff, and the excellent food. I have not even talking about the view overlooking a forest down onto a stream. This is where you want to stay. Highly recommended!!! This was exceptional!”
