“Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. The room was much more run down that I was expecting at $160 a night. Chair cushions were torn, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder broken, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall apart. Plus the tv remote’s batteries were dead and the mini coffee pot didn’t work. For a “fall asleep on arrival and leave first thing in the morning” stay it was functional but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.”

The property is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the staff for the most part were fantastic, friendly, and really helpful…except for our check-in. Jordan the person working the desk at the time of our checkin could not have been less enthused with our presence. It’s like we interrupted her at home while she was relaxing or something. This was the only issue we had but everything else was...

The front desk staff were super friendly and made the check in process a breeze. The rooms were clean as well as all bed linen. Raj at the front desk had great customer service. ”
