“Advertised as having a breakfast but there was none not even coffee. The pool and hot tub was closed. No one was ever at the reception desk you had to call them on a phone. The room WAS very clean. Hotel needs updating and could be nice”

“It is a GORGEOUS building with so many lovely details, but the price is a bit steep for the quality. The building has not been maintained well, the rooms are dated, but not in a historic way (we were in the "annex") and it felt like it was from the 1970s or 80s, especially the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean, aside from the windows which is my major complaint. We had a lovely lake view, but the windows were COVERED in dead bugs and bird droppings. “it wa ok”

“We stay at this location every time we bring our kid to college. It’s become a home away from home. The staff are all always super helpful and so nice. The rooms are great and spacious. Coffee and breakfast downstairs are really good. My only qualm is the walls are on the thinner side so having neighbors who are noisier can be a pain but we live. “Clean room, efficient staff, tasty breakfast.”

“Beautiful and clean room.”

(Not sure how the units were switched but the property manager blamed it on the Evolve Booking System.) Booking website is deceptive (walking distance to lake? LOL) and does not clearly identify different units… W1, W2, W3, etc. Unit was not fit at all for an elderly couple of which one is disabled. Kitchen poorly accessorized and college dorm sized ...

“Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...
