“very nice family with a small motel. the room was comfortable and clean. very in the off season, the winter hot water took a while to get hot but once it did it was fine. i like staying at family owned places. close to where i needed to be. ”

“The view here is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. Our room was spacious, very clean and had very comfortable beds. Jennifer, in the office was so helpful. We definitely want to return here!”

“The motel seems to be in the process of being updated. The room was neat,clean and modern with very comfy beds,nice sheets, but very lumpy pillows. Most was new but the toilet paper was broken. The single "bar" of soap for the sink was practically microscopic. The shower was great with nice pressure but the tub surface was very slippery. So, only minimal problems with a good value.”

“Every inch of our room from the top of the ceiling to the floor was so very clean. No cobweb's, dust increabile comfortable. Beds clean and comfy, I liked the pillows but some people might like a little firmer pillow. Nice to wake up and see the view of the lake, we even had a rainbow out our window. However if your a coffee drinker it wasn't the best coffee maker. The coffee itself was good , but it made one cup at a time, and it took forever to make it. We're hoping to make it back that way...

“Great location to visit Cooperstown. The suite /apartment was great! Just wish it had essentials such as can opener, baking sheet, and a better coffee pot. In addition, we were unaware that the location had stairs. Not handicap accessible. We have a daughter who is non ambulatory and had to carry her up and down the stairs.”

“Austin is the best host a traveler can have. Helped with bags, did laundry and good breakfast. Only negative is the internet is very slow and I’m sure Austin will get that taken care of.”

“Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!”

“Sketchy people living there”

“I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation. That's when I see an email from Expedia saying they can't accommodate me. The email was sent about 20 minutes before check in time. This is the second year in a row...

“Charming and comfortable suite. This is an old building, stairs and floors are well out of square and weathered. All things we needed were provided and clean!! Rare and treasured. Restaurant under construction 11/2025. No fuss, easy communication via text.”
