“End of season but didn’t seem like the water view balcony area, especially the cushions had been cleaned all season. Never saw a staff person, just an online agent that sent the code for the room. They put a fresh coat of paint on the room and put in some Walmart furniture to try to sell this as a 4 star motel. “The room was very cozy Overall size was small but cute. I don’t like a province style but it would be a good option for young girls”

“The space was cozy, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The owners are communicative and helpful. 5 stars.”

“It was quite and peaceful and not a lot of noise from fireworks on the fourth ”

“The bathroom was not clean the group was black with mold an orange mold dirty sink hair on the toilet I was very disappointed”

“I don't know the surrounding circumstances, but check in is DIFFICULT. There is no breakfast included. There is nothing special or fancy at all about the room. Wifi did not work. The mattress is low in the middle. We were a bit "under-whelmed" but it was sufficient and clean.”

“it was a nice place, quiet and good scenary”

“Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options.”

“Great room and service. thank you so much”

“The TV's are very small and are not smart TV's so you can't stream anything.”
