“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“The resort is outdated and in need for major upgrades and maintenance. The walkways to the rooms were poorly lit with portions being without lights and many parts were flooded due to leaks in the roof leading the tiles to be extremely slippery and hazardous. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly as the sheets and towels had hair on them. “Another very good option for clean accomodations in Tobago. My only issue at check-in was the amount Charged as I paid 50% deposit up front and at check-in I was charged the Full amount Again. Which I now need to Query with Expedia and the Bank. Bit of an Inconvenience.”
