โMy new favourite spot! If you're on a low budget, you probably cannot find a better place to stay! The place is clean and comfortable being airโconditioned and you have a good kitchen available. Buccoo beach is just 3 minutes away by car and there's a convenient store 3-5 minutes walking distance. The airport and ferry port are both about 15 minutes away. The host/owner was hospitable and quite warm. โ

โThe owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.โ
โWe loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. โThis property is located on the water and has beautiful views, along with a golf course. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is great. The property is a little dated and could use some serious updates but the rooms are very clean and well-kept. What would really make this property outstanding is if they would invest in removing the seaweed from the beach so guests can enjoy it and clean the windows in the main lobby especially so the ocean view is clearly...

The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum.

โI booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
