“The location of the hotel on the beach is great. If you get motion sickness I suggest taking something for the ride from the airport as the roads are very winding as well as steep. Our hotel room was larger than I expected (could be because of the high ceilings). However, some parts of the hotel need attention. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels.
