“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Our Coco Reef stay was definitely not worth the high price that we paid. The decor of the rooms seem stuck in the 1980s. The food was expensive and not tasty. The beach was full or seaweeds. We did not enjoy this experience!”

“The only thing positive about this resort is the staff. They advertised that they had multiple different shuttle services available but when we got there it was taxi service that we had to pay out of our pocket. The smell of the property was terrible due to the Sea Weed. The main pool was closed. I am very disappointed and will not ever choose this resort in the future.”
