“Horrible and tacky ”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Absolutely beautiful views, plenty of space and well-appointed. The people at this property, and in Tobago generally, are very nice and an important aspect of this beautiful place. Local food is healthy, delicious and affordable. Suggest you rent a vehicle to really enjoy the island.”

“This is an amazing property to stay at with its private, quiet and relaxing grounds. An outdoor pool, great view and greenery really adds to the experience. Amenities aren’t far; food, gas, groceries are within a few mins drive. The accommodations are cozy and homely, easy to feel comfortable and unwind. Staff are super helpful and willing to assist.”

“The property is magnificent. Has its own beautiful beach. But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. Our first night we ask for another blanket and they had none but send me a flat sheet Our beach towels were very damp because they did not have dry ones available. The worst part is that the running water in the room was medium brown in color. I could not use the water to...

“The ocean was visible from my room, such a beautiful scene. The staff was the best especially Mitch and Taneal! You guys made our day! The rooms were clean, the bathroom could do with a little tlc. Will be going back in the near future ”
