Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. “The beach (2 minute walk away) was absolutely gorgeous! The pool area was pleasant, but many of the umbrellas were broken and the lounge chairs were dirty. The room was great! Very comfortable and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was horrible! Almost impossible to get clean in the little trickle. Good location for restaurants and stores. Overall, great deal.”

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “Amazing room and atmosphere ”

“Clean and roomy spaces were impressive. Manager was kind and helpful. One short comming was lack of beds for 4 family members (there were only one queen size bed).”

“Did not stay long enough to find out. Location is very remote and there are no services, no restaurants, no shops, no conveniences or amenities. We left within the hour.”
