Amazing hotel. Staff so lovely and helpful, grounds beautiful, fantastic pool and pool area. This was a short stay, arriving in the afternoon for a flight the next morning but could have stayed here much longer. So peaceful, really unlike any airport transit hotel I have ever stayed in. We only had dinner and all had different things but all were delicious. Free transfer to the airport in the morning was exactly at the agreed time. Thank you very much for a perfect last night in Sri Lanka.

The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warm welcome. Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. Shuttle was also very convenient. They also organized a tour for us which was very reasonable.

Great hotel and staff. Close to Colombo and the airport. Right opposite a Cargills and Pizza Hut too! Very clean and great facilities!

A nice clean quiet spot to sleep after long flights. Food in the restaurant was VERY tasty and people were kind.

My stay at Jetwing Lagoon was truly exceptional. The manager, Romello Perera and Front Office Manager, Theresa Phyo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Theresa, who helped me with reservations at other Jetwing properties, was amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made planning the rest of my journey in Sri Lanka effortless and enjoyable. The setting is serene, the service is great - the spirit of hospitality is alive. I would recommend this beautiful sanctuary to any traveler.
