Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. Extremely convenient perks - uniquely special. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend to others."

"Big room with ocean view. All our requests for new towels everyday was granted. Only comment is that for you to reach the front desk, must ride 2 elevators then to go to your room, will have to use a third elevator. There were no instructions on how to reach the front desk. Good thing we saw someone who speaks English at the entrance of the hotel. "
