"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

"The hotel was perfectly located and the suite was beautiful. Probably not the place if you’re looking to have a view but definitely if you’re looking for extra space. Breakfast was pretty great but it was not clear from the beginning that only 2 breakfasts were included for a 7 person suite. I would note that entering the hot tub is quite difficult since it basically has 3 rims around it. It also required some level of vigilance since all the tables were glass and there was a terrarium in the middle of the suite and we had a toddler in the room. The decorations definitely made the room look amazing. Also, the room had one of the best shower heads we’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times."
