"I want to live here! 😆 NEWCZ LCT Residence exceeded our expectations. Its a luxury apartment with absolutely fabulous views from every room. The entire place is incredibly clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out, new, and modern. They really seem to have thought of everything—there’s a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bidet, huge TV, comfortable bedrooms, and even a separate den that gives you extra space to relax. Having all the conveniences of home while enjoying such a beautiful, upscale setting makes it especially comfortable for a family or a longer stay. And then there’s the view—it’s spectacular and makes you want to just sit by the window and take it all in. We came to Busan planning to spend our time touring the city, but after checking in here, I’m seriously tempted to just stay inside and enjoy the apartment! 😆 Beautiful, comfortable, modern, and luxurious. This has been one of the highlights of our stay in Busan. Oh, you can literally walk out from the residence and be on the boardwalk and beach."

"pro: room is clean and spacious Con: two out of three bedroom doors are broken, hard to fully close. Windows are making noise because of the wind at night. Communication is not smooth, at the beginning they send me message in English and at one point all the messages are in Korean and I have to copy paste and translate. All the controllers are in Korean, took us a while to figure out how to turn on lights and AC"

"The staff were always helpful from check in till the last day . Even the housekeeper was friendly . Our needs are always available even if we didn’t request a clean up . And the accessibility to all the fun things to do are nearby that you don’t have to worry about staying late ❤️"
