"First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."
