“The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, I had went to the front desk to get a room change several times and nobody was up there to help me.”

“Good value.”

“오래된 호텔, 낡은 시트, 소음 방지 잘 안됨, 위치도 좋지 않음, 공간은 넓음, 평가된 고객 평점보다 별로임, 직원들은 친절함, 청결 상태는 침대시트에서 머리카락 3개 발견으로 보통, Hyatt 브랜드에 기대하지 마세요”

“I didn’t feel unsafe or unsatisfied. Beautiful place to stay. Loved everything!”

“Room was clean, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was disappointing,”

“The front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast was above par. The pool and hot tub were nice. The cleanliness on the other hand was not the stairs all look like they needed vacuumed. My floor in my room was sticky. My children were socks, which just got very dirty. The beds were nice. They were comfortable with the linens were good. The towels were great. The bathtub was less than desirable to even stand in because I was there more than one day I went and bought something and clean the tub...

“I Believe there’s homeless people leaving there. It was very awkward. Smelt all of smoke. The room had garbage on the chair in it. If I wouldn’t brought my kids, we wouldn’t have stayed. Staff was very nice. But I’d never stay here again”
