“The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had.”

“Everything was very clean and tidy the staff were great friendly and attentive . The little food shop was really handy when we needed a late night snack and bottles of water (a vegetarian soup option would have been good for my two daughters ) We did have a problem with a scorching hot shower the first morning but the manager sorted it within a few hours , I think hooks placed in a different part of the bathroom(ie not directly above toilet ) would have been more hygienic and helpful for when...
