"We were on the 3rd floor and the noise level from neighboring rooms was a bit loud, especially when water was running. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical continental offerings. Easy check-in/out."

"The hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. The pool was very cloudy. Would have been nice to be advised before getting my hopes up for a possible hot tub for my sore back. No notice posted and front desk did not advise either."

"I had two procedures in the morning. after driving 3 hours to Fred Hutch Cancer center. Not sure how I would be after booked hotel. When we got to town tried to check in so I could go straight to bed after procedures. Front desk person not very nice just black & white answers. Her response after asking anyway we could check in & telling our situation. She said. Yes we have rooms no problem to check in now ready. But you have to pay $25 extra. We already paid a lot to get here & paid a lot for the room to stay just in case had complications to two different procedures. We felt can’t spend another $25. So left for the Fred hutch cancer center very disappointed. Knowing Im not looking forward to procedures & knowing there is plenty rooms available. But needed to pay extra was very unsettling. When you have major medical issues wish there was at least better attitude not just dry robot answers. Or somewhere I could catch a break like early check in. Still trying to look at blessings everyday. But this was a frustrating day for sure Kathy as"

"I truly hate to tell you how amazing this place is because I don’t want to be booked constantly when I want to book it in the future. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in 50 years says the 73-year-old grandmother of 10.. The hot tub was so helpful and the grandchildren absolutely loved the pool. The tomato soup and cheese sandwiches were the best I have ever tasted and my daughter-in-law agreed. ALocation is perfect for back to school shopping Christmas shopping and most Seattle locations are still a very quick drive…. Please don’t come and book the hotel before I get it booked. I have stayed at the Mayflower park and the Sorrento for 30 years, but I have a new favourite now Front desk Ed and his team will make sure you have an amazing trip And the fire pit in the garden has enough seating for a dozen family members to sit and visit and once in a while, they even bring out the s’mores. We will go back several times a year."
