“amazing stay! ”

“We loved our penthouse , even it had some flaws!!..The food at the Restaurant, the pool ,gym and other areas were really nice ,but like with all buildings ( historical wise) you can see in some areas the 'teeth of time' have left their signs !!..We were challenged with all those climbing stairs, several times a day, where we had to ger to the pool,restaurant or gym 🏋️‍♂️ but we made it...and if you like to walk around a bit , to the Pablo Market , you need to be good to foot!!..If tou can get...

“yes we had an ocean view...everything was great...except the floor was still sandy when we checked in”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The rooms are dated, but clean. The beach and pool area with the waterfall are attractive . The restaurant and bar area are in close proximity to the rooms. There are plenty of taxi options for touring the island Rachel at the front desk deserves a special mention as does "The Cat" man. They made our stay extra special.”

“Everything went great! Services were fast with a little bit of island time! lol. This was our second year and will be making this our annual vacation. If you’re looking for the fancy ritz Carlton, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for a family friendly, good food and a little peace and quiet…this is the place! Although Iggies was always poppin! ”

“The front desk staff on check in tried to charge us when we had bought a package through Expedia. She was not kind our compassionate nor did she foster any connection to us at check in. We alerted the front desk about fecal material in the pool and on the pool deck. The poop on the pool deck could be clearly seen from our hotel window and in spite of alerting the front desk staff both by phone and direct conversation at front desk it remained on pool deck until our check out. Our room did not...

“Parking is very limited, some outlets did not work in room, hot tub did not heat, room size and layout was 5 star. Restaurant and staff were very pleasant. Very close to Red Hook (shoppong, Restaurants, grocery store, ferry terminal). ”

“Overall experience was great The staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially the office attendants. Clean room. Good food at the restaurant. Location perfect proximity to shopping, taxi for day tours.Highly recommended.”

“The views were awesome, the staff were very friendly but breakfast wasn’t different each day. The waffle was extremely hard, but the egg and sausage breakfast was decent. Breakfast also didn’t come with a drink of any kind, but overall I wouldn’t mind going back. Now that I know what to expect and what not to expect. Pretty decent hotel in the cut off the beaten path. I like the privacy. ”

It really helped with the logistics of our trip and made things much more relaxed! 100% would stay again and highly recommend. Also it was super close to the ferry terminal and several great restaurants. ”
