“My STRONG advice is to pay extra for a superior room. I stayed the economy double and it was not nice. Do not stay in 113, we had roaches in our room. I also stayed in 43 (I think) no roaches. “Do NOT plan to arrive early to this hotel or be treated kindly. We arrived around 3:00 pm knowing that check in is at 4 pm, but most hotels can accommodate an early check in if the rooms are ready. We explained that we would like to check in so we could freshen up prior to our 4:30 pm cab pickup and dinner reservation at 5 pm. “Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“Wonderful stay. Clean room. Comfortable space. Ourside areas were great! Easy access to town (down steps). Chase and Lyndsey are awesome hosts!”
