“Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct. “The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!”

“We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.”

“It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night.
