“Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site.”

“We walked in and we were greeted fairly quick, it was late and the attendant was sitting In the lobby. They were nice enough but then when we walked toward the elevator it reeked of Mary Jane. Ok no biggie just keep going … we step off the elevator and it smelled of dirty diapers. The room smelled a little moldy. The bathroom floor was dirty, a lamp by the bed was out, the door stop was broken, the window was so foggy like it isn’t sealed and the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable. We woke up...

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”

“Walked in to a kitchen floor full of water, clothes with water in the washer and not enough towels to clean the mess. The refrigerator was old and dirty, hair left in the shower, duct tape holding the bathroom door together. The only reason it gets a star is because the coffee maker was great. Jim Attrell, the ranch owner was very pleasant and kept us very well informed of what we needed to do prior to our arrival with lots of useful information to enhance our experience.
