We arrived me and my wife after a long trip to visit Michigan unfortunately when we get to the front desk the guy notifies as the room was taken by somebody else this person was very rude and very unprofessional he said the system was down and he could not check us in after our booking with Expedia and pay all the funds the guy said there is nothing I can do for you and if you want you can call the police the poor. communication was very bad . We feel threatening by the area and the guy kept yelling and screaming at us unfortunately we have to walk a way from the place and we ending up with no place to sleep.

The outside looked all right. Cigarette butts everywhere. We enter the room as the floor was dirty like it wasn't swept, bathroom was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves. Had also been bitten by bed bugs and couldn't sleep at all because of it. I feel sorry for the staff who look over worked and possibly lack of staffing and they could also use pest control to take care of the bugs. The Air conditioning didn't work as it should either. Alot needs updated with this property.

Front desk staff are not the friendliest. Asked for a non-smoking room and room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Floor wasn’t swept and had dirt/dust and food on it. Dirty hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom light over the sink didn’t work and other lights didn’t work in the room as well. Small tv. No comforters on the bed and it looked like someone stepped on one of the beds with their shoes on. Open condom wrappers on the staircase to the room. Cigarettes everywhere on the grounds of the property. Doors and walls inside the room were visibly dirty. Hard towels and you couldn’t get fresh towels unless you took your own dirty towels to the front office to swap out. No amenities. Overall, I do not recommend this property to anyone and Expedia should remove it off of their site.

Staff was friendly, and easy to work with. Room had floor boards coming up, the freezer on the refrigerator was caked in ice. Burn holes in the bedding. Junk cars in the parking lot. .Heavy smell of marijuana use every afternoon and evening. Check in lobby was filthy. Stairwell to upper floor was horribly filthy

The front desk people were very rude when i checked in. The wall by the tub was in serious need of repair. The sheets were dirty. When it was almost time to check out we were rushed out of our room by the dame rude person from the night before.

Room walls were very dirty, black & brown finger prints on all the walls. Floor was dirty, dirt, shoe prints, water prints, spills. I didn’t want to touch anything, I also have a 1 yr old son & I couldn’t stay bc the room was very unclean. I did get a full refund, after explaining my concerns; the staff was nice about the situation, & understood.

Bedbugs. When I reported it the reception person pretty much admitted that they had them in all rooms. I wish I had been recording the conversation. After I started itching and decided to check mattresses & pillows realized there were soiled and had plenty of signs of bedbugs

There were roaches in our hotel room. There was crack burns in the curtains. There was holes in the mattresses you can tell the linens weren’t properly washed. Overall a terrible stay. I left as soon as I found the roaches requested a refund and still haven’t even got it.

The room appeared and smelled as though less than a month previous they had broken in the bathroom door to remove a corpse. When I suggested this as my reason for checking out a couple hours after I checked it (would have done so immediately but I was in a hurry to meet up with friends) the person at the desk showed no signs of surprise, informed me that it isn’t his job to clean the rooms and insisted I still had to pay for the one night.

The quality of the establishment is run down, and has a weird feel to it, but the service is efficient and exactly what you should get for the price. I booked through a third-party. Very clean. Convenient location. Lots of food and entertainment options nearby.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever been to I only stayed for about an hour because it was so disgusting I couldn’t even dare sit on the bed and I didn’t want to touch anything and the lighting is so bad there was also a cleaning rag left in the room everything was horrid works can’t express!!

Place was so run down. Literally everything was broken. The floors were clean but I have never been to a worse hotel. The place was an absolute mess. I dont know of anything in there that was broken in one way or another.
