"The hotel feels a little tired and understaffed. Three of the rooms we booked weren't available until gone 6pm. Breakfast was disappointing. One staff member most mornings for a busy room, with breakfast taking up to an hour. One morning, our breakfast just didn't appear. Location is good."

"The only good thing about this hotel is the Bartender, Theresa. The front desk staff was rude. The property is run down and old. The room was filthy, the bathroom had visible mold. The linen on the bed was dirty, I had to call the front desk for new linen, and the employee told me that she didnt know if the room had been cleaned or not. I paid close to $300 for a stay that was abysmal. I will never stay at this hotel again."
