Absolutely gross! Walked in & walked back out! Dirty, run down, smelled of cigarrette smoke & other odors! It was so gross we didnt put our bags down or even sit down, just left. Felt like a drug dealers dream hotel. Shady shady place. Carpet stained wore out throughout the entire place. Simply gross & would suggest anyone stay there.

Pictures of the property made it look better than it is. Not very well maintained. Lots of chipped paint, dingy carpets. Window faced out into a hallway that others passed by. There is no elevator and you have to go down a set of stairs before you can go up the stairs to the second or third floor. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean. There is no blow dryer. The ironing board was broke. The tv was leaning backwards and unsturdy. The room smelled very strongly of curry or some other strong smelling spice. It was unbearable.

The property and the room were not well maintained. Duck tape was holding doors together. The carpet was worn through. The room was run down as well. There were no hooks to hang towels or a dresser to put our suitcase on. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very polite and tentative, and would greet you each time you would enter and leave the hotel. I came for Movement and would stay there again. Every time I stay in Detroit, I have a blast. I love Detroit!

The Staff are awesome but you can see the floor through the carpet, the bed is as hard as can be the pillows are from a couch somewhere and the bathroom floor had a hidden rise that could kill someone. The waffles were good at breakfast. Tiny breakfast, but free.

Staff were okay. The room that I stayed in was okay as well. There were just molds near the sink that are pretty visible. I stayed for two nights and thats the only thing I observed. Overall, check in and out was smooth.

This hotel is old. No amenities. Only highlight is the Front desk staff. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. The hall ways are open but w the heat coming off the window ac units it felt like you were literally walking thru hell. Room was dark, old, and hot. I will never stay here again.
