Everything from checking in my first day to checking out a few days later was wonderful. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and make sure that you’re happy and well taken care of your entire stay. The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom/shower was incredible, and I loved the dimmable lights option! I plan to stay here more often going forward.

I was on the second floor. Whoever was on the third floor above. Must’ve had several children that jumped and pounded on the floor until after midnight. I had to call the front desk four times. Disappointed.

Expected to eat breakfast in the restaurant, as advertised, but no breakfast or lunch served. Only dinners now. No free bottles of water in the room. Water in the workout room gave me a stomach ache. Tasted funny. Like trap water ir stale water (or worse). Fridge in room was horrible, but the property was very attractive with great beds and a nice bathroom. Just expect to go out and get food and drinking water. I recommend this hotel, if you don't want the convenience of an all day restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly, too. 4-stars. Stayed 2 holiday nights.
