However, we have been in talks about changing a lot of things around here with suggestions like these, so please keep these coming. I show these experiences with those above us to show where we need improvement. I am very glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay. I am quite proud of the team I have here and I'm glad it shows.

I apologize for the confusion getting to the hotel. I can see how it can be difficult when located near two other properties. We have noticed this issue and are already in the process of procuring much better signage to mitigate this issue. I hope the rest of your stay went well.
