This hotel is great. Nice staff, bottled water in workout room, hot breakfast, and last but not leasr, a bar/lounge open from 4:30-11:30. It was so nice to have a cocktail after a long day! I would stay here again.

When we checked in the team member at the front was pleasant and let us know about the amenities of the hotel. Upon arriving to our room, there were footprints or sticky something all over the windows. The bathroom floor was extremely sticky so we actually used a washcloth and hot water to clean it ourselves, and the washcloth was filthy when we were done. there was also hair in the bathtub like it had not actually been cleaned. We did let them know at the front desk anbout the condition of the room and they did send someone up who cleaned the window and the bathroom, however no discount was offered so that was a little disappointing. We have stayed there many times before with no issues so hoping this was a rare occurrence.

Nice hotel. Not fancy but had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing as hot items were luke warm but non hot items were tasty and a pretty good variety.

Stayed 1 night after moving my daugther into the college. Will stay again in the king suite. Room is quite large. Similar to many hotels the sofa could use a cleaning.

At check-in hotel had wrong credit card that I used on Expedia & room sink in bathroom water slowly drains been here for 5 hours nothing done about it terrible service

Thank you for offering us feedback. We value your input so that we may improve our hotel. Unfortunately, our maintenance had to be called back into the hotel to service your sink. I do understand it is an inconvenience and I apologize you had to experience a wait. In regards to the credit card, when you prepay online your credit card is not in our system as you paid a separate company for your reservation. When you check in you are asked for a credit card to have on file for incidentals such as our gift shop or the lounge should you chose to charge to your room. I apologize if this was not explained to you. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to see you in the future.
