“Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended”

“Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.”

“Property was lovely, amazing view over the sea/harbour. Lounge was very spacious. The kitchen had good amenities, oil, salt and pepper etc. We will definitely return!”

“Property itself, communication, support and amenities were great. Can’t fault it. However, it is next to a pub - not a problem if you go to bed after 11pm. If you are staying mid week you will be woken every day multiple times from 6am onwards by various bin-lorries, cleaning staff smashing glass bottles in bins etc right next to the bedrooms. This is not the fault of the property, but guests need to still be aware.”
