"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere felt less like a place for travelers and more like a hangout spot for people who seemed to be living there long-term. Throughout the night, people repeatedly tried opening the shared connecting door to our room, and we were constantly woken up by pounding, loud conversations, door slamming, and other disturbances. As a group of women traveling together, we did not feel particularly safe or comfortable. The environment was not what we expected when booking a hotel, and it made it difficult to relax or get any rest. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling uneasy, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"Everything is new and modern and so beautiful. The washer and dryer in our suite was so appreciated. The only downturn at all was the booming music that started at 3 or 4 AM in the room beside us, and that wasn’t the fault of the hotel or owners, but of really inconsiderate guests - who were evicted the next day! I appreciate the apology from the hotel and the way they dealt with the problem. I highly recommend the Lux Hotel & Suites. I’ll definitely stay again!"
