"I stay in Dhaka often and this was my first time at the Westin. The Buffet was mediocre and the hotel was very busy and not in a good way. As a female solo traveller for work I prefer other hotels in the area as they are more attentive to guests."

"The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in ..."

"The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me."
