Nice old-fash Ed hotel

Nice and cozy hotel. It looks like the hotel has been there fora long time. It's an old-styled building with charm. The room was nice and clean with a big balcony, although the shower head was a little broken so only the center stream worked and the AC so loud we turned it off. The host was very friendly and helpful.

La struttura è un po' datata e necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento, ma la posizione è eccezionale ai bordi dell'area pedonale del centro ed a un minuto dalla spiaggia. Gentilissime le sig.re della reception, sempre pronte a regalare un sorriso ed un consiglio. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Consigliato+++

Hotel di media bassa categoria. 3 stelle sono anche troppe. Ne merita al massimo una. Al massimo. Arrivate al check in, la signora alla reception ci ha trattate con totale indifferenza ma anche scocciata. Alla domana "ci consiglia qualche posto dove mangiare?" Ci ha letteralmente risposto "uscite, prendete la prima via a sinistra, e trovate i ristoranti, vedete voi". Pagando le tasse di soggiorno, passiamo dopo un'ora a riprendere i nostri doc, non erano pronti e la signora ci ha mandate via come se disimo fastidio. Camere con dei mobili di 100 anni fa, bagno la cui porta non si apriva del tutto perche toccava il lavandino. A favore soltanto che era tutto molto pulito. A colazione (pagata extra) ci dicono che il caffè spresso dobbiamo pagarlo da parte. E quando chiediamo dell'acqua per riempire le borracce ce la danno, si, ma il giorno dopo la signora (un'altra, piu giovane e simpatica ma cmq deludente) ci dice che dovevamo pagare per l'acqua del gg precedente 3,5€. Non c'era l'acqua in camera e lo abbiamo fatto notare (che cmq sarebbe costata 2,5€) e l'acqua mi pare ricordare (forse sbaglio e chiedo venia) negli hotel con un numero di stelle va offerta gratuitamente agli ospiti. Insomma, come detto, a favore la pulizia e anche la posizione molto vicino al mare e al centro pedonale. No, non tornerei. Mi dispiace. Non sanno trattare i clienti.

Posizione ottima per visitare Diano Marina, la signora al ceck-in molto gentile. Camera molto pulita, il bagno veramente piccolo, doccia mini. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa, cmq uscendo fuori dall hotel si trovano moltissimi bar. Tornerei in questa struttura.

Buona soluzione a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel soprattutto per l'ottima posizione. Anche se l'arredo è datato ci siamo trovati piuttosto bene sia per la comodità della camera che per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale.

Great communication

During the off-season (I booked in November) a sister hotel is serving their reservations, which is in the next village (in San Bartolomeo), in any case, their communication was very clear and professional, and the place they booked me was also friendly, easy-going and well-located (about 100 meters or less from the beach with a nice balcony) Definetely a great experience and will be back. Thanks

esperienza pessima: sporco anche se appena pulito, batufoli di polvere per terra, piastrelle del bagno nere, sporcizia ovunque. Doccia credo 60x60, non ci si può nemmeno piegare per raccogliere le cose dentro la doccia, bagno che non ci si può girare, mobilio datato di non so quale epoca ingombrante ed eccessivo, muri scostati o con vernice gonfia per l umidità, insonorizzazione inesistente, letto cigolante con due materassi singoli uniti invece di un matrimoniale L'uniche cose positive il personale gentile e la vicinanza alla spiaggia, 3 min a piedi Non capisco le 3 stelle a cosa siano dovute. Solitamente lascio le recensioni solo se positive ma questa volta pessimo da evitare sicuramente non ci tornerò più. Non vale i soldi spesi, purtroppo non ho foto ma fidatevi...

L'hotel è in una zona super comoda. Vicinissimo alla passeggiata di DIANO e anche al mare. Sicuramente è un hotel un po' "datato" ma camera e bagno erano puliti e il materasso veramente comodo.
